While we may be unable to guarantee that more complex procedures won’t be required, we can serve as a listening ear should you feel concerned about your upcoming appointment. We know that dental assistants and hygienists often hear the most from patients, which is why we strive to offer the best service and care here at Crafting Smiles.
Tina
Tina is Dr. Ulloa's assistant and has worked in that position for a number of years. She is a graduate of the Alamance Community College dental assistant program, and she is looking forward to joining our team and helping our patients with their dental care.
Tina lives on the family farm in the Caldwell community with her husband, just down the hill from her daughter and grandson. She enjoys visiting the beach and looking for shark teeth.
Kimberly
Kimberly has been a part of our team for over 10 years. She has a degree in elementary education from East Carolina University and earned her dental hygiene training from Wake Technical Community College. She loves that we provide excellent care while getting to know our patients on a personal level, and she loves the people she gets to work who make coming to work fun.
Kimberly has one son, Tucker, and one daughter, Charlotte, who she loves spending time with. In her free time, she also enjoys watching movies and camping.
Rebekah
With over 15 years of experience in the dental field, Rebekah is dedicated to providing a seamless and welcoming experience for both patients and staff at Crafting Smiles, With a deep understanding of office operations, patient care, and team leadership, Rebekah ensures the practice runs smoothly, focusing on creating a positive atmosphere and efficient workflow. Passionate about supporting the dental team and delivering excellent customer service, Rebekah plays a key role in patient satisfaction, helping individuals navigate their dental care with ease.
Outside of the ofice, Rebekah enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her daughter and husband Kyle.
Joyce
Joyce is from Durham and has been a patient at crafting smiles since she was a kid. She graduated from Appalachian State University where she studied exercise science and chemistry on a pre-dental track, and, soon after, graduated from accelerated academy in Raleigh for dental assisting. She loves her position in caring for patients and assisting Dr. Ulloa, and she aspires to continue to pursue dentistry as a dentist one day!
Marcy
Marcy is a dedicated Dental Patient Coordinator with over 18 years of experience in the dental fleld. With a deep passion for patient care and a strong commitment to organization, she ensures that every patient enjoys a smooth, seamless experience from their Initial phone call through to the completion of their treatment. Skilled in managing schedules, navigating insurance inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service, Marcy is instrumental in guiding patients through their dental journey with ease. Her attention to detail and warm, friendly demeanor creates a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and well-informed.
Outside of work, Marcy enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three wonderful children. She's also looking forward to welcoming a grandbaby into the family soon!
